The Baltimore Carroll Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association (BCWBA) is comprised of members from Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Carroll County. Its’ mission is to advance the interests of women engaged in the practice of law and increase the visibility of woman in society through law related activities. These activities include educational, social and networking events.
