Resume and Interviewing Workshop

The WBA and the Baltimore Carroll Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association (BCCWBA) are hosting the annual Resume and Interviewing Workshop for the law student chapters at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and University of Baltimore School of Law each year. This year, the event will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at UMD.

This event is a huge success and the students, who participate each year, believe the feedback that they receive regarding their resumes is extremely beneficial. The first half of the workshop will consist of a panel comprised of a judge, attorney in the community, and a recent graduate as well as representatives from MSBA, WBA, and BABC, who will provide the law students with their top 10 tips for resume writing and job interviewing.

The second half of the workshop will consist of meeting individually with law students to discuss their resumes and provide individual constructive feedback to the law students. A reception will follow the workshop.
