The Executive Board has adopted the 2026–2028 Strategic Plan to advance the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland’s mission of empowering women in the practice of law by strengthening organizational sustainability, enhancing chapter engagement, and supporting the next generation of women lawyers. This plan will guide future leaders in sustaining meaningful, long-term progress toward our goals. We encourage all members to review the plan and join us in driving these initiatives forward.
